.General Rules.
{a} No racism, sexism, or any singling out. This site will not have any of that and I certainly will not tolerate it. If you mention anything of this matter intentionally, you will be punished depending on the severity of words said.
{b} Please, no fighting. I will not allow anyone who fights with other members to stay a member on DKP. It's the way things go. If anyone has a problem with another member, please, sort it out with a staff member before going off at that certain member. Fights are not needed. No fighting at all, whether it be in the c-box or about something like characters, I will not allow it.
{c}If you join, we expect you to stick around, not to make an account and leave. That's just dumb. New members will have two weeks to make a completed bio unless they've posted that they will be gone before then. If a new member does not have a finished character fourteen days after registering with no notification, they will be deleted.
.In Character Rules.
{a}Please, keep your posting at a minimum of 150 words. Trust me, it's not that hard once you get the feel of it. Hopefully your posts will build up from there. Then again, 150 is bare minimum because we are a literate site so we encourage you to shoot for more in every post. Try to avoid wolfspeak(overly fancy/ridiculous describing words) though and try not to overfluff plain conversational posts.
{b}Do not bring in character conflicts out of character. What your character says in a post does not reflect your feelings toward the other person who plays that character. If your dog was rude to another dog, that does not mean you as a person are mad at the other person. It's just stupid to bring in character conflicts out of character.
{c}You'll find the Application board password in italics like this.
{d}No g-modding or bunnying. We here at DKP will not allow perfect dogs or dogs that can kill anything with one paw strike. Your dog must have a suitable amount of flaws, because remember, no dog is perfect. Remember also, that if you create a beautiful, graceful, brave pure white husky with gorgeous ice blue eyes and pwnsome battle skills that you will be taken as a ridiculous mary-sue creator. Keep this in mind please.
{e}Please check your spelling and grammar before posting.
{f}Please know the setting, weather and time of where you're role playing. If you started a post later on and the weather changed by the time you started, an admin will make a post to announce it. If you need to find out just look to the centered table.
{g}Liquid time is allowed but please there is a restriction. Your character can only be in three posts at once. Any more than that and you will be asked kindly to take your dog out of one thread.
{h}You can as many dogs as you'd like dogs but you must keep each active. If you have over six dogs, please have each dog listed in your signature.
{i} Don't kill a person's dog without their consent. This goes for breeding too. It's as simple as sending him or her a PM. It doesn't take much time but saves you from breaking a rule. But on this rule, if you have a single small dog such as a terrier up again say a shepherd or dane, or a gang of dogs whatever their intentionas may be either death or rape, realize the risks and do not make unrealistic decisions in this area. Force breed and death does happen, especially in these situations.
{j} Don't start fights wherever you go, and don't start them without a valid reason. We don't want battles without a reason.
{k}No graphic breeding. I don't care how much you want to, it's not allowed. Some of the role players on here may be younger. No graphic birthing either. Graphic death is fine, just don't get carried away.
{l} You cannot have one of your own characters kill another one of your dogs, this also applies to mates..Out of Character Rules.{a} Respect is needed, we do not want you to respect, we need you to. Please respect all members and staff. I know not everyone will get along, but at least try.
{b} Now, cussing is allowed but keep it at a minimum in out of character.
{c} You're allowed to use chat speak in OOC conversations, though. Gtg/g2g, lol and brb are the three main chat speak we're allowing here.
{d} No spam and no spamming. For those who don't know what 'spamming' is, it's posting the same thing multiple times. It gets annoying and is not necessary, that's all.
{e} No copying. It's as simple as that. If you're on another dog roleplay, you may not steal beginning another members biography and post it there for you to roleplay just because you like it. We allow you to post biographies of your own on our site, but no taking anything on this site unless it's YOURS.
